Sound Massage.
A moment of recovery and transition between effort and rest.
Sound massage is a holistic therapy that promotes a sense of unity between body, spirit and mind, bringing deep inner peace.
After an intense riding lesson, a sound massage with Tibetan bowls is offered as a moment of recovery and transition between effort and rest.
The human body is made up of roughly 70–80% water, so the vibrations the Tibetan bowls emit bring the body's cells into resonance with that vibration. It travels through the whole body, releasing physical and energetic blockages while promoting balance and harmonisation.
Benefits after riding lessons
- Deep relaxation — helps the shift from physical activation to a calmer state
- Release of tension — favours a sense of muscular release after effort
- Calmer breathing — the soundscape and stillness help slow the breath
- Reduced sense of stress — a mental pause after a demanding activity
- Body awareness — attention returns to the body's sensations after physical work
- Emotional recovery — especially welcome after an intense or challenging lesson
- A better transition to rest — a closing ritual that moves you from the adrenaline of riding into serenity
- A distinct sensory experience — joining the bodywork of riding with sound, vibration and silence
The transition from effort to rest happens all the more quickly.

Yoga Class.
From meeting the horse... to meeting yourself.
Riding asks for presence, balance, trust and connection. Yoga works exactly those same qualities — this time turned inward, toward you.
After a riding lesson, the day closes with a yoga class: a moment to stop, breathe, feel and integrate, in connection with nature.
After the physical effort, here you'll find a door to relaxation.
Benefits of yoga after riding
- Stretch and release the muscles — works the areas most called upon while riding: hips, legs, lower back and shoulders
- Release accumulated tension — riding demands constant stability and muscular control; yoga helps create a sense of lightness and ease
- Increase mobility — gentle movement helps maintain mobility in the hips, lumbar and cervical spine, and shoulders
- Improve body awareness — after being attuned to the horse, yoga brings attention back to your own body, noticing where tension or fatigue sits
- Work with the breath — conscious breathing helps you slow down after the intensity of the lesson, favouring a calmer state
- Balance strength and flexibility — riding demands strength, stability and control; yoga adds mobility, stretch and movement awareness
- Promote mental relaxation — a gentler way to close the session, leaving behind the focus and adrenaline of riding
A moment of renewal, and preparation for a quieter night.

Sound Trip.
After movement comes silence.
After connecting with the horse comes connecting with yourself.
After an intense riding lesson, we invite you to lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive.
The vibrations of the Tibetan bowls, joined by other instruments, create a sound bath that invites you to slow down, breathe, and let the body rest.
A moment to release tension, quiet the mind, and integrate everything you lived through in the lesson.
The journey
- From movement to stillness
- From the horse to your own depths
An experience that ends the lesson not only with a tired body, but with a deep sense of presence and calm.
